Customer service is no priority!

I was yelled at by one of their staff for checking if a power supply included a power cord. I hadn't returned to the store for a couple of years after that. I had to go there again because SWS is closed on Sunday. I was the only customer there and the staff ignored me. When I noticed that there was a new computer renaissance opening I was hoping it was a new franchise. I walked in and saw the same bunch of jerks from limberlost. They will be getting no business from me!

Very dissapointed in the customer service offered. The computer they sold me had smaller amounts of ram and processor in it. Turns out that they had no computer with the specifications that ours supposedly had, so they had to modify the one they sent us to meet the specifications they advertised. Now the power supply has been replaced, and it is going back tomorrow to replace it again.
These guys are GREAT!

I got my computer back yesterday and these guys are GREAT! They were able to find a data base I thought I had long ago lost. This data base was compilation of 20 years of gathering information. My backup failed and I thought the file was corrupted but they revived it and now I have it back. They are geniuses!!!! I highly recommend them.

my wife and I went there looking for a used laptop. We were shown one that was suposedly "factory re-built". We bought it, and had to return it as soon as we got it home when we realized the display was so dark it was unusable. We returned it, was given another one that had a defective hard drive. Took it back, and got an arrogant response from a technician, saying there was nothing wrong with it. He told me he had personally rebuilt the unit in question...When they sold it to us, they said "factory re-built"! After an altercation, the unit was replaced with a unit with a bad key...we won't go back...
