Even simple work takes days or weeks. They over charged me and under performed. They even argued with me about the problems I was having when I brought the PC in.

The overweight gentleman (a manager or owner, I think) is very rude and abbrasive. Treated me like an idiot and got snippy when I called to check on progress two days after they said they'd have it done. "Don't call us, we'll call you". Four days later I called back again, "Oh yeah, we've been finished with this one for three days."

If I'd known what I was getting into, I would have never walked in the door.

First of all, the tech working on my computer didn't bother to read the written instructions I had included when I dropped off my computer until he called to say he was finished and I asked about the problems I had listed. For some reason, that then put me in the back of the line and what was supposed to be 2-3 days without my computer turned into 10. To top it off, they re-installed windows and DIDN'T BOTHER TO BACK UP the two folders on my desktop - one of which is 20 GB and holds the entire contents of my business. If it hadn't been for Mozy, I would have lost everything. I will never let these people touch my computer again.
