We were at home doing laundry (downstairs) and had gone upstairs to finish up a few other projects. Little did we know that the washing machine did not stop filling itself with water and was pouring out all over the downstairs floor of our house. By the time we went back downstairs, the entire lower level was filled with water and our carpet was soaked. The hardwood was all wet, and even the walls of our home were wet. We quickly called our insurance agent who recommended Complete Restoration Services. They came out right away and were quick to get started, explain the entire process and get us put back together. In all reality, everything looks better than it did before the accident and we are so pleased with their professionalism and speed. If we ever had a water problem in the future, I would have full confidence in calling Complete Restoration myself. Thanks to them and their crew!
