I had a 5:30 pm appointment for my children, so I arrived at 5:15 pm, this being their first visit I knew there would be paperwork to fill out. After completing the paperwork, we waited. Then after waiting 25 minutes, about 5:40 another patient came in and about 5 minutes later he was called to the in by one of the nurse. About 5:55 pm after being there about 50 minutes my children were questioning why they haven’t seen the dentist, yet? I simply told them to be patience. Then at 6:00 pm another patient came said he had a 6pm appointment. He sat down and about 8 minutes later he was called to the back. At this time I realized this isn’t right, we an African-American family and the two previous patients it white. It did not seem right to me, especially in this day and time, but that is Woodlyn, PA. So, at that time about 6:10 pm I just got up and as I got to the door, now all of a sudden the nurse can see my children. Our appointment was at 5:30 pm; I was there at 5:15 and as I witness other patients on have to wait 5 or 10 minutes. Something was very fishy about that whole visit. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone that I know about my horrible experience at Complete Care Dental.
