Absolutely Terrible,Terrible,Terrible Customer Service!!!! by Bill - 10/28/2009Walked in with my son to purchase a remote control Helicopter and trainer.One customer before me walked out because of the inattention.I stood in line for 20min without even a "hello", "welcome", Nothing!It's amazing in this economy that business like this turn PAYING customers away! Shocking!One employee walked in the side door, looked at me and began eating his lunch. That's when we walked out...and didn't spend the $600+ we had planed on spending.I called back and asked for the owner to complain..the employee said "we don't give out that information"...obviously trying to cover up destroying the owner's business.The lights in the business were dimmed so low, you could hardly see the products on the shelf. It gave the impression this business is going out of business...which is a BIG shocker knowing how great these people treat customers(Sarcasm).
Bad customer service by MAVC33 - 07/06/2009Employees did not greet me when I entered the store. I stood at the parts counter for about 5 to 10 minutes while I watched 2 employees have a conversation with a third person about the bad workmanship of an RC vehicle they had for sale there. Neither employee acknowledged me or asked me if I needed assistance. I decided to leave and purchase my parts at another location/store.
