YOUR INCOMPETENCE CAUSED THE UNNECESSARY DEATH OF MY CAT by Heartbroken - 08/26/2009
I had my cat examined and was given 14 days of anti-biotics. At that time, I was informed that an additional course of antibiotics may be called for. I called the Clinic early in the morning (730) am and was not informed until 6:48 pm that I could pick up the prescription the following morning. When I arrived to pick up the meds, I was told they needed to see the cat first. I returned home to bring him in, and found him dead, he died alone because these morons care for nothing but $$$$$. Ask them what the new policy is for free spay certificates. I would take a pet there as a last resort only, and only with a stack of bibles. I have used the clinic many times in the past, but they have changed thier ways.Now I believe they should change the clinics name to " Up Yours, We Will Do Anything For A Buck". I'm afraid to tell them directly that they killed my cat, they'd probably charge me for putting my pet down. May you rot in h_ll you heartless bloodsuckers.

I have been going to Companion Pet Clinic N. Salem (on Lancaster) for 5 years. I have had almost every procedure done on my pets over the years there. From neutering my cat to saving my dogs life when he bloated to having my old cat euthanized when she couldn't get up and move on her own any more... Companion Pet Clinic has shown nothing but caring and compassionate feelings for me and my pet. I would strongly reccomend this clinic for the care that they provide! PLUS the prices seem to be much less than the other clinics in town!!
