Community Reach Center is a top-tier mental health provider serving the northern Denver area, and the designated mental health provider for anyone eligible for Medicaid in Adams County, Colorado. Since our incorporation 1957, Community Reach Center has provided life-changing services to more than 127,000 children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The Center serves more than 10,000 clients each year at five outpatient locations throughout Adams County, as well as in schools, nursing homes, physicians' offices, emergency rooms, homes, and jails. We are fully committed to providing integrated care that marries mental healthcare with primary healthcare, in order to support the overall health and recovery of our clients.
Community Reach Center employs a staff of approximately 340 that includes professional counselors and therapists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, certified addictions specialists, and case managers. Many of our employees are bilingual. The Center provides private, confidential counseling for children, adults, couples, and families, as well as crisis intervention, emergency services, psychological testing, residential treatment, therapeutic support groups for a variety of life challenges, and more!
