taken aback by Quite dissappointed... - 09/26/2009Memorial day weekend and most places are closed. One of the worst times something could go wrong and it does. The faucet handle that turned the shower water on, broke off. It broke off Thursday night. I call Friday and the maintenance guy is on vacation and won't be back until the following Wednesday. They tell me to use a wrench to turn on the water. But the piece broke and wouldn't turn on. Six days without a shower later the guy comes to fix it. Some people don't get that weekend off and I was one of them. My boss was quite disappointed. My husband and I have rented from a few other apartment rental agencies and have always received our full deposit back. We received about 10 dollars back. The other rental agencies rewarded us for our cleanliness. We didn't damage anything and were charged for all the previous damage we marked down. They are cheap, apartments not great, and your better off renting from somewhere a little bit more expensive. You get what you pay for.
