I used this company to care for my father who has Alzheimer's. They sent a caregiver who they said was very good although she had only worked for them 2 weeks. After a few weeks a very bad bruise showed on his hand and she said she didn't know how it happened. A few weeks later I came by and he had bruises all over both hands, his arms and his legs. The caregiver said he had an "accident" and the bruises happened when she tried to get him in the shower. I fired the caregiver. Then comfort keepers owner being totally unprofessional called social services to say I was neglectful and hired other caregivers who were neglectful also.

The caregiver we assigned to care for your father is a licensed CNA with 20 years experience, and specific dementia care experience as both a caregiver and activities director. While she worked for us for only a short time, she passed a criminal background check, reference checks which only yielded positive feedback, and a full on-boarding and orientation session. All of the feedback we received from other clients regarding this caregiver has been extremely positive. Again, my apologies for any distress this situation has caused you.
