This assessment allows us to gain a full understanding of the client’s needs and become familiar with the client’s personality, preferences and interests. The care coordinator will then generate a unique individualized care plan. The information obtained during the free consultation will also assist with assigning the most compatible caregiver. We also offer flexibility in services and schedules.
