Out for all they can steal

I was told that my son's braces would cost me 2300.00 and his treatment plan was 12-18 months. Now I am told that the 2300.00 is just an estimate and the braces could take longer and I have to continue paying the monthly rate of 119.00 fr as long as he has these braces on. When I complained, the assistant manager was incredibly rude, so I asked for the manager to call me back. I left her a message and she hasn't bothered to respond to it after I informed her of the discrepencies and her rude staff. Cant stand this place.

I will not send another child to get their braces done at Comfort Dental. The orthodontist was very nice. The payments were afforadable. I had a problem with them when they told us that our daughter was going to get her braces off in July and it took until October for them to finally come off. I think they were trying to get us to pay more money. We finally had to tell them to take them off. Her teeth are perfect now! Who knows how long they were to keep delaying them from coming off???

I live 45 minutes from this office location. I chose this location because of the service I get. I enjoy coming to this office knowing that my smile is getting better. I got my Braces on at this location and soon I will get them off. Thanks for everything.

I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helped me get out of pain. Dr Brian and Dr Boyer were both excellent.
Very Friendly staff, treat you like family!

I am a reguler at Comfort Dental now, it is a fairly new office but I need alot of work done so I am there almost weekly. The doctors there are so assertive and very good about explaining things and fixing any discomfort I may have. They take walk ins which is great. I have seen both Dr. Boyer and Dr. Sousa and they are both wonderful, I reccomend both of them. The girls in the office are so nice and great with answering any money qeustions I may have. Summer is who I see most often in the front and she is very smiley, bright eyed, personable and always super friendly, she always remebers my name and goes out of her way to say hi and ask me how I am doing. Very nice and clean office! Strongly reccomend this dental offic.
Very happy mom

Recently we lost our dental insurance and we couldn't afford the pediatric dentist that has seen our kids for the past eleven years. I brought my son in to have some cavities filled and I was dreading having a non pediatric dentist work on my son (mainly because of my own horrible experiences as a child). Dr. Coons was the dentist we saw and he was excellent!! If I didn't know better I would think that he was a pediatric dentist working in a regular office. He knows how to talk to and understand kids (he mentioned that he has five of his own!) and he has a really calming and funny way about him. When my son sat down in the chair he was shaking and on the verge of crying. Dr. Coons then took off his gloves and spent several minutes talking and joking with my son. He got him to talk about his Wii games, his scooter and even our dogs. The rest of the appointment went great. I definitely would, and have, recommended Dr. Coons to friends.

First of all, let me say that I am terrified of the dentist. After walking in I was greeted by a smiling face (the receptionist). I was going in for a deep cleaning and Dr. Sousa was fantastic. She was very attentive to any discomfort I RARELY felt. Candice handled my billing and was very polite and professional and was able to answer any questions I had.I understand that this office is reasonably new to the area, but Dr. Sousa and her staff (I only really dealt with Candice, but she was wonderful) are clearly experienced and attentive and prepared to offer an outstanding dental experience for those of us that cringe at the word "dental appointment"!
