i have read the older reviews and i hate that they have had such bad experiences! however i just went in yesterday for an extraction of two teeth and they did a wonderful job! dr. anderson seems to really care for his patients seeing how he himself called me today to see how i was doing after the procedure from the day before! im used to an assistant calling me but when i heard it was him it made me feel like they do care! they seem to have fair pricing and i actually cant wait to go back in a couple weeks for my check up!

They denied my friend dental work for which he had alreday paid for, right when he had an emergency situation. He has cancer and was due to start chemotherapy when he needed dental work. They would not allow him to use the money he had already paid him to have his dental work done. He tried everything to work it out with them, but they have done NOTHING to resolve the issue. He had no choice but to start his chemo, so could not have the dental work. He also has had to sue them now too. They know they are wrong, and have been to court once, but are drawing it out. It has been a year, and my fried not only has had to deal with cancer, but the pain from not getting the dental work done. These people are despicable, cruel, callous!!! I don't know how they sleep at night. I encourage anyone who reads this to call and complain to them about the cancer patient they denied treatment to.
Awful!!!! If you value your time you will find another dentist.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. The receptionist was on her cell phone as I signed in. I waited for 40 minutes to be seen. The receptionist never said a word to anyone in the waiting room. She was busy deciding where everyone should order lunch from.Once I was finally called back I was told I could not get the cleaning I had made the appointment for, and that I had to get additional x-rays and a "moderate clean". I got x-rays at this place only a few months ago and had just got a bill for $150 for it. When I told the tech this she said the dentist would not see me without more x-rays. I asked if I could get the standard clean that I had come for (the one my insurance covers completely) she replied no, the dentist will only do a "moderate clean" for me which would have been $89. I did not bring money with me, as I went in for the cleaning my insurance covered, and was not expecting to pay anything. I explained this, and they were unwilling to work with me.

Not a terrible place, but I don't think they are as qualified as other dentistry practices. I went in for the $20 initial cleaning due to not having insurance; they cleaned and X rayed plus removed one cavity. It's been over one year now and I think my filling from them is coming out plus I didn't feel the cleaning was as proficient as my past dentist when I had insurance. Not saying I'll never return, but you get what you pay for. They're cheaper for a reason.
