I have experienced bad service in this dental provider too. Their costumer service is outrageously awful! I mean "AWFUL" as hell. I highly agree to those people with the same experience of their rudeness. What truly bothers me is when I had my teeth cleaning a few weeks ago, their tools were unpacked already. I remember, I got very sick that very afternoon and was sick for two weeks. SORE THROAT and FEVER!! SO DISGUSTING TO THINK that the tools were reused that day!! I drove to their office from my house and from their office to my house. So there's no way that I catch up the germs from other place. I HOPE THAT EVERYONE notice this. THE TOOLS SHOULD BE UNWRAPPED INF RONT OF THE PATIENT TO ENSURE THAT THE TOOLS ARE CLEANED...
Rude, dishonest, overpriced, and painful. by
Me and my family went to Comfort Dental thinking they were honest professionals and, to our great disappointment, they were lacking in both. Their customer service was very rude and nasty. We were over charged several times and it was heartache to get even some of our money back. We when got the money back, it was a fraction of what we were supposed to get. They always try to stick you with procedures that are unnecessary and unfounded. If a toothless person went there, they'll tell him he has ten cavities and needs 15 crowns and root canals. And then more procedures following. Etc. They were extremely dishonest with billing. And they inflated the bills to your insurance company. We will never go back there again. I had a wonderful experience at my first appointment with Comfort Dental Care. All of the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. I've always been afraid of dentist and I think I found the best care for me. I already had my treatment done, extractions and implants and I'm very happy with the results.
Outstanding place for your dental care by
I've been a patient for a few years now. Everyone there is friendly; they smile, greet me, and make me feel comfortable. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled time. The dentist and/or surgeon explain thoroughly what they are going to do. I've had fillings, caps, teeth pulled and implants since I've been going there. I was in the military for 24 years and I really don't like going to dentists but Comfort Dental has been the very best dentist office I've been to.
Poor service, rude, treated like assembly line, cash payment wrong 2013 by
My wife and I had went to this clinic( Feb2013)because it was a Humana dental care provider but an hour drive away. This was my second visit. My first visit was for a bad tooth that was extracted. I had the best Humana dental plan. Dental techs were rude. After the exam they gave me options of pulling or crown, pushing the expensive crown. I felt I was buying a used car. I paid cash to have the tooth pulled. 2 months later I received a bill to pay more for the extraction. I called Comfort Dental and they said they gave me an estimation of cost and it is not always accurate. I paid again. My wife and I went back in Oct 2013 for our cleaning. Dental tech very rude when I explained to her I would not be fixing a broken crown because their prices too high. After the dentist examined my teeth she asked why I was not rude to him explaining the high prices. I told her I was not rude to her, I was only voicing my opinion of their overpriced options and the overall ridiculously high cost of dental care in our country. We were shuffled into the hallway awaiting the price breakdown like consumers in a high pressure car sales lot. I am retired USAF and have never experienced such a poor customer service considering the high costs involved. I have switched to Dr Pohl in Ft Walton Beach, a 5 minute drive and excellent customer service treating you an person and not like cattle in the slaughterhouse. I cannot believe they are a Humana dental care provider and I will escalate my concerns to Humana Dental to see if they can delete them from their list.Don't waste your time going there. I only went because the other Humana provider locally had a long waiting period to be seen. Now I understand there was not a long wait to be seen by Comfort Dental, most customers probably do not go back!

Having broke my front teeth in half, my family dentist of two generations would not see me for 3 weeks. I pleaded with them that I could not go around with no front tooth and they said they would see me in two weeks. Unacceptable, I called Comfort Dental who provided outstanding same day service (they fixed my broken front tooth). The doctor and staff where most professional I have encountered. Thank you!

After having one tooth extracted, I felt this one would be a breeze. OH NO!! I told the staff how anxious I was about dental procedures and that I really needed nitros oxide. So the first tooth was not a problem. NOT SO WITH THIS TOOTH, NO NITROS!! This time I felt brutalized. The dentist/oral surgeon didn't seem to care that tears were streaming down my face and my whole body was shaking. It took TWO hours and several breaks (for him to rest his hands) for him to finally get the tooth out. (Notice how I didn't say pull)!! He finally had to drill the tooth apart, and now I have pieces of tooth working their way out of my gum (can we say suction???). No way, no how, will I ever recommend this shoddy dental practice to anyone!!!

I have went here for my cleanings since 2011. The first year was fine with the billing of my insurance. In 2012 they changed something in their system and messed up my account information. I told them THREE times and that the billing would get messed up. They still have not fixed it to present day. I had a crown done here and I am still having problems with it. I get throbbing sensations from it and went back or them to look at it and was told they would redo it but I refuse to go back for fear they will still not get it right and also because my bills are all messed up. Even with me letting them know they are billing the wrong insurance company and gave them the correct one, they send my account to a third party to collect payment for payments that have already been paid and I have the receipts. This third party is as useless as comfort dental and I have been dealing with them for three months now and he sill has no clue. Awful experience with billing as well as the quality of their service. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dentist before your billing gets all messed up.

We have been going here for 3 years now. Never have we had an appointment that was on time. My husband and I quit going to this place. Our son is still a patient there, but only because he is in braces (invisalign) and we payed in advance for them. They started him on the clear braces 2 years ago, and he is on his last set of the appliances for his top teeth. His lowers, that is a different story. He was suppose to start them on # 20.....he has yet to this day had a lower appliance in his mouth, they have done fittings for them, they were returned to the office and did not fit...this has happened 2 times, they have done the impressions at least 3 times, and still we do not have them back from invisalign. They don't return my calls, they always put me on hold, they promise to do follow up calls to let us know the progress.....or lack of, and they do not follow up. My son went through phase 1 & 2 at this office....but when the invisalign appliances are done, so are we.

I have received most of my refund, it took almost 2 months. Nothing heard from orthodontist, guess daughter will be wearing retainer forever.Never returning, I found a better dentist.
