The EMTs was adequate, however, that's where the service stopped. Starting with me trying to refuse service for my minor non-life threatening injury and was forced onto the ambulance regardless of the fact that I had an off duty EMT on scene willing to drive me to the ER. Then the next wonderful surpise hit me when I recieved my bill, which was extremely outeragous for the service that was provided in the four block drive. After that I made a call to the company to arrange/negotiate payments on the bill and was put on the phone with this horribly offensive woman who proceeded to tell me if I did not pay immediatly I would be turned over to a collection agency. I did try to call back 2 more times to arrange the same thing and recieved the same psychotic woman who would not work with me. Finally, less than 17 days before my bill was even DUE I was turned over to the collection agency. This company has a reputation in the community of being IMPOSSIBLE to work with.
