i love this place! very comfortable/professional at the same time. They give great advice &they are the best+cheapest vet in town! i highly suggest!

These are great people. Their prices are the best in the Tri-cities and they treat you and your pets with great care and a smile and do good work. I drive over from Richland, and I wouldn't take my two girls anywhere else.

Dr, John and all his staff have always been so kind to my pet. She is a Mini Schnauzer that I have had all her shots and spay done there. You can feel a genuine sense that they care about your pet.

I took a rescue chihuahua to this Vet and they where wonderful got him in within a half hour and cleaned him up found the cut and he is now healthy dog and has a good home. Thank you for taking care of little man. :)

I love the fact that Doc. Richards is all about the pet before the price the same care and love without you having to worry where or how am I going to do this!! Thank God for the Columbia clinic!!! Thank you very much to the staff and the love of pets!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!! They are reasonable,friendly,proffesional and very caring!! Can totally be trusted unlike some clinics I have been to. Do you pet a justice and go there. You will not be disappointed!!!

Much Like Phil in review below, I did research on local vets in all 3 tri cities for getting both my Male and Female Large Rot/Shepard mixes fixed, Rabies, and Chipped. They were lowest price in town for BOTH animals. Very efficient in-and-out service, but BE ON TIME to pick up or pay late fee. Shots were very reasonable and got both pets Microchipped while there.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vet!
