Dr. Norm K. Auzins is an oral surgeon located in St. Helens, Oregon. At Columbia Oral Surgery, we understand how important it is for you and your family to receive the best oral care possible. Our friendly staff wants to make sure you feel comfortable and that your individual needs are met during each visit. Dr. Auzins has served in the U.S. Navy as an oral surgeon, including treating our men and women in the Middle East.

Dr. Auzins graduated from dental school at Indiana University in 1996 and completed his oral and maxillofacial residency at Indiana University as well. He is a board certified member of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons as well as the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is also a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. He is licensed by the state of Oregon to practice oral surgery and general anesthesia.

Columbia Oral Surgery is conveniently located at 1725 St. Helens St., on the corner of 17th Ave. and St. Helens St., just across from the Community Credit Union. Our second location is at 3549 N. Lombard St. in North Portland, Oregon.
