David Remsing, Instructor, is a certified Traffic Control Technician and Oregon & Washington Traffic Control Flagger Trainer.

Columbia Flagging Academy provides instruction for new flaggers as well as providing up-to-date re-certifications for flaggers whose licenses are about to expire.

Class times for New Certifications in Washington State are a mandatory minimum 6-hour course. Oregon State ODOT Flagging for both new certification and re-certification are 4 hours each.

We have a classroom facility with the availability to accommodate up to eight students per class. Normally held Tuesday through Saturday, special classes may be scheduled as needed.

Group Discounts For Larger Classes

Classroom instruction meets or exceeds the Federal High Administration's Manual of Uniform Traffic Control (MUTCD).
