They were recommended to us by our property manager who told us they are easy to work with and guarantee the job they do, which is always a good thing to have. We called their office and spoke to Michelle over there and she was very friendly and helpful and set things up for us over the phone. The day before the cleaning was scheduled we got a call confirming the appointment and they gave us an approximate arrival time for the next day. The next day they showed at the time they told us! Impressive!. They did a wonderful job and the crew had us double check to make sure we were happy before they left. We looked around and everything looked great and sow we sent them on their way. The crew was very nice and told us that if we noticed any problem after they left to just call their office and the office will be happy to send them back to correct any concerns..in my opinion that is just great customer service and it was reassuring to know that if our property manager decided to be overly picky we could depend on them to return at no charge to do what is necessary to please our property manager. Fortunately our property manager was very happy with the job they did and everything went smoothly. Great experience! They are now in my address book for the next time we move :)

Hired them for a deep cleaning of my home when we moved in and I was surprised how detailed they were. Unfortunately the people who we purchased the house from did not leave the place in good shape and this company came in and did such a fantastic job! Very Pleased! Thank You! JA

Excellent house cleaning service. We just had them come do a deep clean of our house in preparation for a bunch of family arriving on Friday to stay the week with us for Christmas and New Year and wow wow wow .. what a wonderful job! In our opinion these people consistently provide superior service! My husband and I highly recommend them to anybody wanting their cleaning done right. Over the years we have tried using various cleaning companies and individual house cleaners who quote really low prices and then just don't get it done right. There is no question that you get what you pay for in life! These people are more realistic with their estimates and their quotes are based on the amount of time they believe they will need to get the job done right for you rather than downplaying the cost to get you to sign up with them. From our point of view, if neccesary we would rather spend a little more and get it done right rather than have the "cheap" company do a mediocre job and then we have to spend our time cleaning up areas that they did not get to. If you go with their recommendation on the amount of time required to get it done right then they will provide a "service guarantee" to ensure you are completely satisfied with the job they do. Upon completion of the job they normally have the customer check over the job before the crew leaves to make sure you are happy and if there are any areas that were missed the crew will correct the problem on the spot! In addition to that, if you happen to notice a problem after they leave then all you need to do is call their office they will without hesitation send somebody back the next day to correct the problem. We are very pleased with them and in our opinion nobody compares to this company!

I have been using Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service for many years and I am always very pleased with the service they provide. Prior to starting our service with Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service we had tried a number of other cleaning companies and were always disappointed. In contrast these people consistently do a great job for us every time they come. We highly recommend them to anybody who wants a great cleaning service.

Very impressed! I had this company come and do a deep cleaning for me and they sent me a crew of 2 of their employees and they worked really hard to get our really messy house back in shape. They spent a good 4 or 5 hours and did an impressive job! We are very pleased. :)

This is an excellent company! This is by far the best cleaning company in Colorado Springs bar none. They are reliable and just do the job right every time! I have been having my home cleaned for many years and have tried every one of the franchise companies in Colorado Springs over the years and they are just not consistent. They may start out ok in an effort to impress me but within a few weeks they are rushing through my house and doing a below average job, but they still expect to be paid the full rate. That has not been the case with Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service. I have found them to be very reliable and consistent and always do an excellent job each and every time they come. I am sure it has to do with the fact that they are locally owned and operated and it shows in their excellent customer service. I have had them for over a year now and they are still consistently doing an excellent job for me! They are the very best cleaning company in Colorado Springs as far as I am concerned.

I have been using Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service for bi-weekly service for the past 6 years and I must say that they consistently provide excellent service no matter what the condition of my home. Their office staff and their cleaning employees are friendly and the cleaning personnel always work really hard to get my home looking great. I am always so pleased with what they do. It's always so nice to come home after they have been there and see what a nice job they have done.

I hired this company to do a very deep cleaning of my home and I must say this company was very professional and their employees did an excellent job for me. I had them spend a lot of time cleaning and oiling my wood, as well as cleaning my bathrooms, kitchen, dusting etc. and their employees were WONDERFUL! They had a great attitude and were very willing to do whatever I wanted them to do. This was a great experience with this company. they certainly have my business in the future!

I am currently deployed and am renting my home out while I am away. I thought it was going to be easy to do this but it's a real pain doing this long distance. Originally the tenant that moved out told me she would clean the place up and get it ready for my new tenant after she moved out. Unfortunately her idea of clean was not up to par and when my new tenant moved in she was very unhappy to say the least. I called this company at the last minute hoping that they could help get me out of this bind, but not really holding out much hope since it was so last minute. To my surprise and relief they worked things out for me, coordinated with my tenant and made them very happy! As a busy realtor its important to me to have people I can rely on. This company is wonderful. They clean my home bi-weekly as well as take care of my client referrals and I am very pleased with their service. They are very dependable and always clean my home and my client's homes right. This is without question the best cleaning service in the area that we have found! Their employees are well trained and take pride in their work and it shows. The office staff is very responsive and always works with me if I have to make an adjustment to my schedule. I have tried a number of the other companies out there including all of the large franchise companies and a number of the mom and pop operations and the quality of their work and reliability leaves much to be desired. These other companies always try to impress us and start out ok but within weeks the quality of their work deteriorates and they also tend to become unreliable. Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home for the past eight months now and I am very pleased. These people are reliable and very consistent, and always do a wonderful job for me. We have absolutely no complaints, we are so glad we found them!
