The worst customer service; rude and sexists

The workers here seemed to help only men. They ignored me, even though I asked for help. When 'helping' me with boots, the deliberately disregarded my preferences and made me try on numerous boots that I insisted were too small, as well as the most expensive ones. They belittled my knowledge about equipment, and I have 16 years of skiing experience. "Trust me, you want them this tight." If I say they're too tight, they're too tight. I will never come back here. I felt angry, embarrassed and distressed after leaving. I am glad I could get a full refund on the boots.
