Great Service by Hardwood guy - 08/22/2009I am a contractor and have had great service at Colortile. They are professional and prompt. The selection is the not only the largest but the best in Southern Oregon. I recommend them to all my clients.
I couldn't even get help! by Cindy - 03/26/2009I waited for 10 to 15 minutes and was never even greeted despite the fact that I was obviously waiting for help and saw 4 employees. 2 employees were talking to each other and at first I thought one was a customer...until the phone rang and he answered it. I would think that in this economy people would be jumping to help. Afterwards, I went to a furniture store and Color Tile was mentioned. I told them of my experience and they said that they have actually heard that a lot. Not good!
GREAT SERVICE by MAW - 10/23/2008WE WERE BUILDING A HOME AND WENT TO COLOR TILE IN MEDFORD. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE SO HELPFUL. WE WERE HELPED BY MANY SALES PEOPLE AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS THE BEST. THEY HAD A SPECIALIST FOR EVERYTHING FROM HARDWOOD TO CARPET TO TILE. THE SELECTION WAS AMAZING!! THOUSANDS OF STYLES IN STOCK....I MEAN TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE. ALL THE TRIMS FOR OUR SHOWERS AND COUNTERS. THE FIREPLACE WE DID IN NATURAL STONE WAS ALSO IN STOCK. GREAT SERVICE!! GREAT SELECTION!! GREAT PRICES!!
