DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER -
They have a new lady in the front receptionist area that might check you in if she is not too busy talking . She is not friendly and too business like when she will talk to you. She shows noooo!! compassion and could care less if have a problem with your pet. There is a older lady who will and does help you if you are lucky enough to get to talk to her but she is not always there. This place seemed to run better when the previous Dr. was there but now it seems to have lost it"s friendly openness that it use to have. Not sure if I will be going there anymore. The new owner Dr. seems to be very good , however the new staff people are not as caring or concerned about my pets well being, or so it seems. I"am a dissatisfied customer and may be looking for a new place to take my furry little friends. Im not even sure that the employees there even care anymore !!
not a good choice by
The charge for services is much higher at Colonial Terrace than most of the other vet clinics in Dubuque. Also, after paying the bill, they will later send you an invoice, for services they "forgot" to include. A friend of mine who had spent more than $3000 there in a couple of years, was recently contacted by them to pay $6.60 for a presciption they had forgotten to add to her $370 bill a couple of months back.
