Colonial has gone above and beyond to take care all of us, and to promote a family atmosphere. Many of our employees have flex schedules so that they can take care of family.
It is our goal to strive to work with all of our HOA communities, boards and vendors.
Colonial Property Management was founded on the premise that our Homeowner Associations deserve value for their management investment. Value means excellent communication, trustworthy accurate financial statements, experienced hardworking managers, and people who understand communities. Our staff at Colonial understands what good management value means to a community like yours. Colonial is a leader in our industry as a member of Community Association Institute. Customer service is key to our business and here at Colonial we recognized this.

This HOA doesn't know what they are doing. Jan Labbe needs to retire. She doesn't know how to work for a community and take care of the property. We lost our security guy, the landscape is really bad, they hire people that is not professional at all. There is no supervision to any work. Our sprinkler systems are not working for the longest time and they don't seem to care. We write e-mails and they do not answer them, or if they do there favorite word is "we are aware of it" We will take care. And they never do

I was and remain a board member of the Valley View Meadows HOA when Colonial was interviewed to manage our properties. I like other members in attendance was impressed with the overall professional demeanor/presentation of Ms. Trish Hall. After more years than I can recall, Colonial has ( in my estimation), exceeded the dictates of Ms Hall's presentation. As Vice President of our HOA, I am in a position to keep close vigil on the services Colonial provides us. Without exception, they have fulfilled their part of the bargain with zeal and management expertise. I would suggest, as I'm certain fellow board members will agree, the success and popularity that this board experiences in our community, emanates from the cordial and harmonious relationship we have with our Community Association Manager, Jan Labbe, who constantly guides, educates and ensure that our decision making is based on our understanding of NRS116. We're delighted with Colonial Property Management

I believe you can tell a lot about a company from how they treat their employees. Even in this rough economy where employers are cutting benefits left and right, Colonial has gone above and beyond to take care of us, and to foster the family atmosphere that all the ladies in the office enjoy. Customer service is my passion, and the personal connections made with my clients has always been my favorite part of any job. Working mostly in the retail industry and sales prior to this, it was very disheartening to work for companies that focused only on the bottom line. Completely different here. I love how I can call Trish, the owner of Colonial, for help with any issues that my associations or boards face, and come to a solution that benefits my HOA instead of finding any and every way to make an extra buck. What sets Colonial apart from other management companies is that this company CARES about our clients, from the Boards to the homeowners, and I'm proud to be a part of that.

Let me start by saying If this HOA done it job this would be a nice place to live. We lost are tennis courts and basketball courts to the lack of maintenance, now they say they are shutting the pool due to none use. the landscape company that takes care of my front lawn is very bad. Where is the money going? Last year the landscape company they had was not english speaking, but at least they keep the lawn looking nice. this group has no clue what they are doing. And some of the houses off Hacienda look pretty ratty. this is the Lakewood court townhomes. I know the money we pay is going for something. but I have not seen any improvements. just more desert landscape. if they are not going to hire some good help maybe they should take the money and put in desert landscape throught the property. If I had know this was the standard they were going to set. I would have thought twice before buying here....

If I would have know about colonial property I would have NEVER bought the place. The landscapers really suck and have made the property looks real bad from all sides. The pool area is also a joke. I was told that the pool was going to be shut down for the lack of use by tenants. Here it is and looks like we are going to have to pay thousands of dollars for a useless amenity.

Colonial Property Management has poor people skills. In my opinion they do not equally enforce the governing documents and crate a hostel community environment. I think their staff is mean and rude to deal with on the phone or through email.

They contract a landscaping company that doesn’t speak a word of English to operate loud equipment at 6:00am on U.S. holidays. This group does not solve any problems in the community they just escalate the issues until people have violet outburst. In my opinion it’s not safe to walk around Eastbridges Gardens at night.

I've never once had an issue with the staff or call backs. They are responsive and really seem to care about your situation.
