Bad Customer service ( bad knowledge and They really didn't care or try to help, even when it was there own incompetence that caused the problem )



There online service is out sourced and not open on weekends, So if they mess up your order or don't deliver as promised by Friday, they have no way of contacting the company or getting you a Fedex tracking number to check on the delivery, so you'll have to just suffer in pain over the weekend until Monday. When you pay extra for a rush service this is a TERRIBLE way to operate, especially when its medical supplies!! Jimmy johns is more reliable!
