We offer free timely estimates based on appointments and our estimators, managers, and technicians receive ICAR and ASE training for repairs on all makes and models.

History:
A family owned and operated independent company that started in 1973 in Broadview, Illinois and has expanded to multiple locations ranging from Chicago to Elburn and Elmhurst to Joliet. We were formerly known as Mulders Collision Centers and changed our name to Collision Centers of America in June of 2004.

Changes:
Our ever constant effort to develop improved methods of collision repair. This has taken on many forms over the years, but the most recent improvement has been our development of our own software programs to expedite the repair process and decrease the amount of time of inconvenience to the customer being without their vehicle. We also have concentrated our focus on better and more thorough information to our customers to make an unfamiliar process or procedure of auto repair less confusing and more customer friendly.

Most unusual:
Not many people have an understanding of the collision repair business because it’s a service that people rarely shop for or use. We repair on average per year over 18,000 vehicles and our Naperville location alone repairs over 2100 vehicles a year. We also recently established a 24 hour call center to expand our service potential after hours to our customers. They can now secure towing, or schedule an estimate or arrange for rental cars, etc. at all hours of the day, just by calling our toll free number ( 1 888 4 All Wrecks / 1 888 425 5973). We believe, when given a choice, our “State of the art technology and Old world work ethics” established the difference between customer service and Customer Satisfaction.

Secrets:
Collision services may appear on the surface to be a business of big men, with big hammers, banging out big dents in cars. We are in the customer service business much like your favorite restaurants and retail shops. We fix cars but we also repair, and address the special needs of people and the wide range of personal circumstances that are associated with those accidental times of crisis that people encounter.
