collette's is the best italian food in pueblo i love it there everyone is so friendly there the food is amazing and my favorite food is the italian sausage sandwhich and the chicken pattie sandwhich.

This is real Italian food prepared by real Italians. The food is the best Italian food I have ever eaten. The prices are very reasonable and the serving size is enough to feed a large man. They treat their customers like family, which is not surprising since it is a family owned business. I have tried everything on the menu and love it all. My favorites are the Lasagna and Raviolis.

I'm not a red sauce kind of person and I like there combo plate. I have almost everything on the menu and I've never been disappointed. Plus the prices are soooo reasonable! Downfall...If you're buying small take cash.

I love Collete's. They have some of the best Italian take-out in Pueblo. I can't help but love this quaint restaurant.
