the best around by LisaT - 05/30/2009I have done business with Coconino Motors twice now and have been more than satisfied with the shop, the crew and the prices. From the minute you take in your vehicle they keep you in the loop as to what is going on. They gave me options, did I want a standard, less expensive part or a heavy duty, higher priced one. Pat, the service tech, told me about the warranties on the parts and the difference in the parts and their performance. I was notified when another problem was found, given a price quote and explained about the parts and why this needed to be done. They explained everything being done then and that might need to be done in the future. My truck was in and out in a matter of days, the biggest hold up was waiting on parts to arrive.
