Our staff of highly educated and certified personal trainers, have strong ties to the community and many have worked together to provide a network of support for over a decade. Club Classes, inclusive in membership, represent a caliber of instruction more similar to small group private training, than you standard Group X classes. Seasonal outdoor training programs, including Boot Camp, Running programs and Nordic skiing are another signature Club achievement. Our trademark Corporate Fit Challenge programs have helped dozen of local company's shed 1000's of pounds and gain lifetime health living skills.
