Please read my review. by Fredo - 11/06/2007The good news about this cable company is that their rates are lower than Comcast. They're also friendly when you call them. However, if you have an actual complaint or issue with the service, they couldn't be less concerned. If you complain about a degraded signal on one or more channels they will tell you that "it's the first time anyone's complained!" However, if you attempt to verify this by asking to see the complaint records, then they claim that they don't keep those records. Well, which one is it, do you keep a log of complaints or don't you? Their sales literature doesn't contain any warning that they can't deliver consistent high quality images. As the person on the phone explained to me, "that's someone elses fault." If you want to check the Click signal yourself, then tune in to the show Caillou (channel 9) and see if you like the picture.
Better than the big boys by gmom - 10/26/2007Local cable company. Reasonable prices, including a "basic only" offer that isn't matched by any others that I could find. If you don't have Click - call and compare prices/services.
Switch to Click by JBerg - 09/24/2007Very nice to have a local cable company give the other company a run for it's money. Great customer service over the phone. However,I would like to see the same friendliness and willingness to help at the front counter. I would recommend anyone who hasn't switched over to Click to do so.
Great product, great price by Laurel - 09/18/2007I feel sorry for those out there that can't get their cable from Click. They offer everything the others do at a fraction of the cost. Without all the problems. Never in five years has it gone down!
The techs and the customer service reps are our neighbors. All working from our community.
When we called to have our service relocated we got our neighbor from two doors down on the phone!
