DO NOT rent a property managed by Clemente! They were slow to respond when we submitted maintenance requests and only responded after several inquiries if they responded at all. In fact, our front door didn't work the last three months of our lease because they didn't respond to repeated requests. When we moved out, they refused to perform an end of lease walk through inspection with me and then kept $650 of our security deposit after we departed even though we did everything required in our lease and the move-out check list they provided. We even had the house professionally cleaned and provided a receipt even though it wasn't required! When I provided documentation and photos of my claims and asked them to do the same, they just blew me off and said they wouldn't give me my security deposit back. FYI, the positive reviewer below (Melissa J) who said "just follow what it says in your lease..." works for Clemente. We went above and beyond what was in our lease and they robbed us of our security deposit. We've moved around the world 13 times in the past 21 years and this was the worst experience we've ever had. Renters beware!

Do not rent from them!!!

We had many maintenance issues that we addressed. The staff just keep on saying we will check with the owner and get back to you. They are rude and very unprofessional! Do not rent from them!!!!!!!!!

We understand frustration when there are maintenance issues. Depending on what the issues are, the homeowner has to be notified, if the repair is over a certain amount - since the homeowner has to approve the costs. Also, we have a group of maintenance contractors that we use, (who are not on our actual payroll) so when the maintenance orders are sent out to the contractors they have to coordinate scheduling directly with the tenants and sometimes this action gets delayed somewhat. It is not our intention to cause our tenants grief and we address maintenance issues as they are reported to us. Clemente Real Estate Services, Inc., has been in business for over 20 years. We are committed to quality and service. We apologize if someone on our staff was rude and unprofessional.

This Place Is A Joke!

They are extremely rude and Disrespectful! They don't handle maintenance issues in a timely manor nor do they even care you have any issue. This company is a joke! I run my own business and I would never treat a person the way they have treated me. Please don't waste your time renting from any of their listings, you will regret it! Clemente..YOU SUCK!

To start with the lady at the front desk was new, she was very nice. I didnt have any problems with her. The house I found was posted on craigslist, so I went and got a key. Loved the house, it did need basic cleaning. The location couldnt be any more perfect for what our family needs.

I went back and wanted to fill out an application. Not sure what his name was but he was older, told me if I had a copy of a current credit report he could tell me if we would qualify.

I came back a little later with the credit report after he looked at it, his deminer towards me changed. We have a lot of medical bills on or credit but he does care bills are bills and if you cant pay them its your own fault. He talked to me like I was a little peon and meant nothing to him. I was so upset, more upset about the treatment than not being able to get the house. As I walked out the door I said good luck renting it.....we could have just signed the lease. He acted like an arrogant a#$hole. Very unprofessional and rude. I have not even read any reviews about that company so maybe its for the best that it didnt work out. PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your time, hopes, or money trying to rent a house through this company. I would give them 0 stars but you have to give at least one.

We are sorry that you had a difficult time with the application process for one of our rentals. We try to answer questions that clients have when they call in. Sometimes it is difficult to address everything that may come up when the applications are processed and when all the factors are pulled together - sometimes the client may not be approved after full review by the Property Manager and the homeowner.

Earned an "F" from BBB

Worst rental experience in my 30 years of renting. Withheld over half of my deposit citing issues that were not part of the lease. Made up maintenance issues that didn't exist. Integrity was non-existent. When I send a notice of disagreement, Clemente would not except the registered mail. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They attempted to contact Clemente. Clemente didn't respond. This is standard practice. Clemente has six complaints filed, Clemente didn't respond to four. BBB gave them an "F" rating. In my opinion, they earned every bit. If you are considering doing business with them, beware!

Clemente Real Estate Services, Inc., does a formal accounting of each tenant's security deposit funds. If the Property Manager instructs the staff to order work on behalf of the tenant -the work is performed and the contractor is paid from that tenant's security deposit funds. The invoices along with the "move out inspection" that the Property Manager did - are sent with the formal Security Deposit Accounting Notice.

Do Not Use Clemente Real Estate

Clemente Real Estate has crappy service. When I moved into our house, it was dirty and smelly. They did not get a cleaning crew out. There was caked on dirty on the blinds, the toliets and tubs we disgusting. We had a leak in our backyard sprinklers which took them 3 weeks to get fixed. Now, our windows are broken and they have still not called us back to fix them, 2 weeks already. Our neighbors house was broken into and a woman was assaulted and that wasn't enough for them to fix it that first week we called!

They are horrible and I would not recommend anyone going throuhg them.
