There are so many in Las Vegas. Most are mom and pop operators or small companies that pick up transient labor in shopping center parking lots and go on a route where six or seven woman run in and run out of an office while the van motor is still running! Clearwater is not like this. They have a dedicated team. Drug testing and background checks are required. Our cleaning crew have had from three to six years of experience in the cleaning industry. They wear uniforms and obviously take pride in their work. Detailed service and attention to our people is what we asked for. And that is what we got! Hoooray for Clearwater Building Maintenance. I hope they clean for us for many years.
