Another BS company offering a groupon that the refuse to honor. If you plan on having a good business, customer service is paramount. I ordered the groupon and made my appointment only to have my appt. change by the company twice. Finally, someone came and was not prepared to clean my rugs and tile floors. He said he would be back next day. He was a no show. I tried for a week to make another appt. but was unable to and no one from the company returned my calls/emails. I got a refund from group on. I didn't want a refund. I wanted my rugs cleaned. Another Groupon Bust.

I am a home owner that was looking for a company to clean my house before moving out. After asking the owner of this company if she would look at the spec list for the rental companys cleaning list not only did she say no she was extremely rude and said she doesnt need my or anyone elses buisness. I said she might want to becareful in a military town bc word travels fast she said she didnt care about the military buisness. i wouldnt do buisness with this woman if you paid me too. She also couldnt give any gurenty on the type of job i could expect from her company.
