Located in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN) area, Classic Acrylics, Inc. provides plastic fabricated parts that are used in unlimited turnkey applications including retail, industrial, and medical. With expert design and development, a complete fabricated part can be developed to meet most any need. Our experienced staff knows what it takes to make a wide variety of parts including: sign & brochure holders, product displays & dispensers, machine guards, shrouds and many others.

From Design to Production
Our experienced staff will assist you in making your ideas happen. We use a wide variety of materials, design software and production capabilities to meet design criteria. From SolidWorks to AlphaCam, our design software can simulate and prototype your part before production.

Production capabilities include: CNC cutting & CNC routing, plastic welding, chemical bonding, drape forming, die cutting, vacuum forming, flame polishing, screen printing, laser etching & cutting and more.

Materials include: Acrylic, ABS, P.E.T.G., Polycarbonate, Styrene, expanded PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and others. If you can imagine it, Classic Acrylics Inc. can fabricate it.
