Went to the big Portland Area Acura Dealer and was told needed this & this & this done. Then got charged an estimate fee. Decided to take my business elsewhere and found Clarke's. They fixed the simple problem of a headlight bulb and not all the other equipment and parts the dealer told me I needed. Great job Browde and I'll be doing business with you folks in the future

Took our GX470 here to get some work done, when we picked it up the power windows/locks did not work, and they busted the radiator. They did fix it but not without saying that it could have been that way when we brought it in. There is no way we would have made it there to begin with the way the fluid was pouring out of it if we brought it in that way.######I do not recommend them at all.

I decided to check these guys out using one of the "free oil change" coupons in the flyers they kept sending me. You get what you pay for! Not only was the television in the waiting area tuned to the 700 Club(!), but a piece of plastic was broken in my car afterward and after I went through a lot of trouble to bring it to their attention, they refused to do anything about it (except do the two-minute installation if I decided to replace it). The broken piece of plastic made me angry every time I looked at it. If you know about cars, you know that pieces of plastic are about the most expensive things to replace, and the new replacement cost for this piece was about $180, but I had found a used one for $75. A couple of months after the refusal from Clarke's, I happened by another place that sold a replacement to me for $30 (they had surplus)+I installed it myself and vowed to spread the "caveat emptor" message about Clarke's.
