Finding a new cleaners

Lost a 2 year customer! Terrible service! Terrible management!

I took a load of dry cleaning to the downtown store last week in the evening, when I walked into Clarks it must have been 10 minutes before anyone came up to the counter. When she finally came to help me she was extremely rude complaining because I was there dropping off about 15 items and it was 5:30, they close at six.I could hear some other girl from the back saying loudly how rude of me to come so close to closing time and cursing at me. If your sign says you close at six then technically i could've come in right at 5:59. I felt like I was bothering them and I'm the customer!When I picked up my clothes 3 items were missing alltogether and 3 items all of the buttons were gone and there was a hole in the top of my silk blouse. When i asked for the manager they said she was gone but I could hear the whole conversation between girl and manager behind the glass. the manager said, "just tell her I'm not here."I left my number so "management" would call me and I still have not received a
