I don't know where to start. This man was so unprofessional. Came in with dry red clay on his boots, did not cover my sofa before turning on the water which was the "leak" in question. When asked why he did not plan ahead, he called me a "jerk" then let me know that his company did not want my business. This rude man actually SCREAMED at ne in my own home and called me a jerk twice! After phoning the owner, he said he would have to speak with the employee first. Did not even question that this might have happened! Shocked he told me he would not speak with this person until two days later. Don't you think you would want to know if your employee had done this right away? Use at your own risk. I know I will never recommend or use this City Wide Plumbing out of Lilburn, GA.
