failed glass by
Mike V -
Our bedroom window developed a foggy film on the glass. When I tried to wash it off it wouldn't come clean, so a neighbor recommended Citywide Glass. Bob came out and explained to me that the window had 'failed', meaning the seal between the 2 panes of glass had a hole somewhere allowing the gas to escape. He said he didn't need to take the window with him and that Paul would be out in a couple of days to replace it. Paul called me the day before and set up a time to come out. He showed up a little early and within half an hour I had a brand new window. I would highly recommend this company, I was very satisfied with the service and the product.
Happy as can be by
We had some neighborhood kids break our bedroom window, we called the next morning and Bob came out right away, measured the window, helped us cover it up. The window came in in about 5 days and Paul called us to schedule the installation. He was very professional and courteous and had the new window installed within 30 minutes.I am very happy with there service. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
Great service by
Very happy customer -
We had great service with this company they helped fix our window from a break in and got us back to normal. Bob the salesman that came out was a big help even fixed a problem that was not from the break in.
Poor customer service - DO NOT USE by
Never again -
Took windows in to get repaired, was told I would be called back regarding cost and options. Never received a call back. Called 2 weeks later was told new Window was ordered but delayed because of holiday. Called again 3 days later (Friday) was told new window glass was in and would be ready by end of day. Told them I couldn't pick it up that day instead would have to pick it up on Monday morning. Told me not a problem. Showed up Monday morning, my window was not even touched. Took my window to get repaired somewhere else.
