Homes that may cost in excess of $500,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area may only run in the $200,000± range in Lake County. While there are beautiful homes available throughout Lake County between $80,000 and $300,000, there are also numerous homes and ranches in excess of $1,000,000 for the most discriminating Buyer. While our professionalism and image allow us to average between $150,000 and $200,000 on our sales and listings, nothing brings us more pleasure than getting a buyer into a $50,000 home or $20,000 mobile home.
