I would if I could give them a zero star rating.If you want a choice in how your baby it birthed DO NOT come here. We went over our birth preferences especially with our doctor and everyone else that would be in labor and delivery. We had the preferences posted in the chart, on the door, and next to the bed. We opted for a natural child birth and we were told that everyone was very supportive and would help. There was no privacy, I was yelled at repeatedly and coerced, because someone read the fetal heart rate monitor wrong (we went back and got the charts) I was given an 3rd degree episiotomy that didn’t heal properly after stitched up and I had to have it fixed, my baby was vacuumed down because labor wasn’t moving fast enough, I was yelled at in my face “If you don’t push you are going to have a dead baby!”, I was never given encouragement and, I had a nurse tell me “Welcome to natural child birth, maybe next time you will get an epidural.” When we met with the midwife the next day she denied any of it happened without looking into our faces. This was extremely traumatizing for me, my husband, and our baby. I have had to see a counselor, and have PTSD from this experience. We wrote letters of complaint to Circle of Life and they never even responded or called us for our follow up appointment for post-partum. Our experience was awful and we thought we had done everything right in being open and communicating with our doctor before our birth. It should have been signs enough that our appointments only lasted 3 minutes, but we had to wait for 45, the billing people were rude, and the staff was rarely excited to see you.

Insensitive and unknowledgeable staff. Way too many patients, all they care about is the bottom line.
