worst visit every everything was under cook the desserts have been sitting out for a while no one ever came to clean up the table and they were always in the back of the store. When I first got here there where 6 empty dirty tables I will not be coming back here again

I've been waiting for a CiCi's to open up around me for ages. I've seen the commercials for years, but there was never any locations close by. Well one finally opened up in Corona, Ca. Needless to say I was there as fast as I could as I live 15 minutes away. I went there with my 2 children after they got out of school. When they found out we were going to CiCi's they started screaming for joy. As soon as we walked in the fun began, we heard a loud "Welcome to cici's." I think it was $5 buck and change for an adult and 3.29 for my daughter. My son was free as he is under 3 years old. (The girl at the register said 3 and under eat free) My kids went straight to the arcade room, which had at least 10 different games. When I approached the buffet everything looked so good. I served my self pasta with marinara sauce, they have a choice of marinara and Alfredo sauce. The marinara was great, I never tried the Alfredo. Then I got some pizza, the employee at the buffet station was very friendly, he commented on my angels shirt and offered to make me a special pizza if i didn't see something I liked on the buffet at no extra charge. I was to shy to take him up on the deal, but my daughter wasn't. She ordered a pineapple, ham, sausage and tomato pizza, then about 10 minutes later the manager himself brought my daughters creation to her. Boy was she excited. He noticed her excitement and told her if she wanted to join in for a CiCi's Chant. He explain to her how to do it, when they finally sang it the whole staff joined in. I was shocked at how friendly everyone is there. On the ride home my daughter kept singing that chant. That manager not only made my daughter's day, he also made mine when he opened the door for us and gave my two children a high five on the way out. I recommend this place to everyone. You have to try it.!
