As members of the Body of Christ we are inspired by the fire of faith to… •Offer spiritual formation for all generations. •Provide a welcoming house of prayer, worship and community. •Being stewards of who we are and all that we have. •Respect the dignity of creation. At The Church of St. Therese of Deephaven, we believe and live our Christian lives by specific core values. These attributes include Spirituality, Respect For Knowledge, Generosity, and Leadership. We will seek and support inspirational leadership in every aspect of our parish.
At The Church of St. Therese of Deephaven, Worship and Music are the core and heartbeat of our community of faith. When we gather to worship, we are aware that what we do is the source and summit of all we do as Christians. It is the foundation of what we do. Our public prayer provides nourishment and strength for our Christian lives. The Church of St. Therese of Deephaven believes that what we do in our prayer, especially the Eucharist, is the best possible form of worship that we – as a Church – can offer to God.
At The Church of St. Therese of Deephaven, Pastoral Ministry is a key aspect of which we believe is to be acted upon on a daily level. Pastoral Ministry seeks to offer God’s healing love and presence to members of our community during times of life transitions. Pastoral Ministry seeks to offer confidential spiritual and emotional support to members of our community during troublesome times. Pastoral Ministry provides a listening, sympathetic, and compassionate presence to those who seek ministry during times of life transitions. Pastoral Ministry responds to the needs of the community by providing ministries that lead to the wellness of mind, body, and spirit. At The Church of St. Therese of Deephaven, we seek to provide resources for those that need help or just someone that will listen to their problems and/or worries.

Having wandering in the desert for over 30 years, I finally found my "home" at St. Therese. It is a remarkable community. The Pastor is much loved by his parishioners. His homilies are well-founded in the Scriptures and Thomistic Theology, always with a specific thought posed to his parishioners. The people are loving, kind, and caring. The liturgies are well planned by a professional liturgist. The musicians & choirs are a delight. If you too are looking to" come home", please give St Therese a visit. If you do, I think you'll return.
