Best Chinese I've had in a long time! by Happy Full Family - 11/13/2009Really great food with big portions!!! I loved the sizzling rice soup. The shrimp w/ lobster sauce was fantastic! Mongolian beef, almond chicken, chicken chow mein, sweet and sour pork and fried rice were all great too!!! Delivered Hot by a very nice delivery man! Can't say enough about how good it was. Such a nice surprise after all the just okay Chinese food I've had in Canyon County.
Chung Hing is GOOD! by anncats - 09/25/2009Chung Hing has flavorful, well cooked food. The tastes are fresh and clean and very satisfying and MUCH better than the normal Chinese fare available from all the same name red and black restaurants with the little animal on the front. This used to be Yen Ching in a former name - Chung Hing's food is still as good! We used to eat in San Francisco's Chinatown when we lived there and this restaurant is the only one around that is on the same level as some of the savory little restaurants back in the big cityCHung Hing is reliably good, has a very clean facility and amazingly enough, the food is prepared by actual Chinese cooks! Can't go wrong here - the snow peas beef is exceptional, Mandarin Spicy Shrimp tastes exactly like a favorite dish from Berkeley and the hot and sour soup will cure anything. Try it, you'll like it!
