If I could give a ZERO star I would. This fiasco started in May of this year. My husband has been in the seamless gutter business for nearly 15 years now. He has previously used this company and they have screwed up but this time it is the last. He placed his order May 29th with a delivery date of 5-31-18. On 6-7-18 he had still not received it and was told that his order was "damaged in shipping" (they blamed it on the carrier) and he was told that they are reordering his order for him. His order was 30 feet of copper gutter and 2 downspouts. I am not sure how copper gutter gets damaged but that is besides the point. My husband spoke with ANDREW and told Andrew, Hey someone should have let me know what was happening. I have been promising this job and it needs to be done. Andrew told him it was THEIR mistake and to compensate for THEIR mistake they would not charge him for the $175 freight shipping fee. This promise by Andrew was the ONLY reason my husband didn't tell them to go fly a kite that date. He was told it would be delivered that Friday or Monday at the latest (the 8th or the 11th). Friday and the weekend come and go and NO DELIVERY. My husband finally received his shipment on Wednesday 6-13-18 and what do you know, THEY DID NOT COVER THE SHIPPING. He called and Andrew was very rude to him and told him he would NEVER have agreed to cover the shipping charges. THIS IS THE MANAGER. No customer service. No apology. No explanation. Don't waste your time. Don't use this company with their lies and empty promises. Never again.
