I have always had great results here with my work uniforms, jackets, and even had a couple of baseball caps cleaned. Turn around has been consistent. They have a tailor who has hemmed dresses and slacks for my wife, plus replaced a couple zippers as well... the work has always been what we needed.

I LOVE this place. They have cleaned my uniforms for years. Prompt , courteous service and great cleaning.

I really liked using Chong's, at first the folks that took over did a good job, but gradually it got sloppy. Shirts got misplaced and the husband would say come back later when wife is here. I took shirts in for alterations and they were done horribly. I showed a seamstress who was agast. The husband refused to have the person fix it without charging me yet again. I finally found that Chong Smith opened a new cleaners and she fixed it for free to save her formers store name. This cleaner wont last at this rate.
