This property management company is an absolute joke! I don't know which is worse, the useless lady that works the desk or the useless man that runs the place. The place we moved in to was a complete mess; dead bugs, trash, dirt, grime etc. I had to clean everything! Tried to get some compensation for all that I had to do even though it should have been move in ready, still waiting for that to get resolved, 2 months later and counting! Been calling Dennis for over a month now with no return calls/emails/nothing!! The dryer doesn't work, two of the bathroom toilets are making strange sounds, the freezer fan is out, have been calling on those issues, still with zero response. I cannot wait until this lease is up so I can get out of here and not have to deal with these complete morons anymore! I wish I could give negative 5 stars! Worst worst worst!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! If you plan on renting a property and these are the property managers, don't do it! They are absouletly the worst. We moved into our house two years ago, the place was a mess! The dishwasher did not work, the blinds were bent in almost all the rooms, the walls still had scuff marks on them, the sinks and the shower drains did not drain. This was all written down on our walk through papers. We had to take time off work so the plumbers could come fix all the drains, then again when the dishwasher had to be replaced.They never fixed the blinds, until get this..when we moved out and then they charged us for it!Last summer our upstairs air conditioning went out and we had to wait 14 days for them to fix it! We had to sleep downstairs on our mattresses we took off from our beds and dragged downstairs. We constantly called to find out when it was going to be fixed and they said "technically we have 14 days to do it." And guess what, that 14th day in the middle of the summer in LAS VEGAS, it was finally fixed.They charged us $200 to replace two bushes in the front yard that they said were "missing?" What? We never removed any bushes and none of them died!Our security deposit-what a joke!! The previous renters left the place a s***hole and all the things that were jacked up that should have been fixed, they made us pay for. I understand they no longer manage the property and I bet that instead of the property owner having them pay for everything that should have been fixed while they were managing the property, they stuck us with the bill!I can not stress enough, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very exiting time for me! I needed to find the perfect agent to help me do so. The agent was a perfect part in bringing this all together for me.

Most of the houses in our neighborhood that have been up for sale have sat on the market for a significant time period. Those that did sell were almost given away, which didn`t help everyone else`s home values. Rowan Real Estate & Rentals worked with us to present our home in the most appealing way thanks to their complimentary home staging services and they spent a lot of time reseraching our area to help us determine an appropriate price that was fair to us as sellers

I really wish I would have read these reviews prior to signing a lease with this company. I relocated from Utah with my family for a new job. A few weeks after moving in we started getting Foreclosure Notices taped to our door. Apparently, the owner had not paid her mortgate in 4 years!!! How could a management company not know this before leasing out the home? Office staff is not remotely friendly. Horrible customer service.

This place is horrible! They are disrespectful to their tenants and try to cheat you out of the deposit when you move out. You would think that being military they would try to at least work with you but they were very unhelpful. I tried for 3 weeks to get Nikki Madera to return my phone calls and finally was told, "She's aware that you've called and will call you back." I still never received a phone call. I also tried to reach Dennis numerous times and never received a call back or an answer about my return deposit. I ended up receiving a check in the mail with a lump sum of money missing and no receipts to show what they had spent my deposit on. No cleaning fees or anything. This place is a huge rip off and a disgrace to realtors and management companies that actually care! Military needs to be careful of this business if you are already involved or just stay away completely!!!

The property manager is a terrible manager who doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I'm stuck in a home that had significant damage that I was unaware of until I moved in and found it several months later.

My experience as a renter with this company was nothing short of AWFUL! Very unprofessional and extremely rude people in the office. I should have known when I signed my lease to steer clear of this place! Nothing was explained to me, repairs take forever, and the office staff is the worst I have ever encountered.

I rented a property managed by choice for a year and had a horrible experience. Repairs were the slowest I have ever experienced. One repair took over 3 months to remedy. Madeleine was, in my experience, very rude and often unprofessional in how she addressed concerns. I would not recommend doing business with this property management team, nor would I recommend them to any friends or family. I must say that Nikki was always professional and courteous.
