What a Fraud! by very dissapointed customer - 12/02/2009
Whatever you do, do NOT choose this company for your loan modification needs! They never call you and communicate any information to you. All the information I have received since the last 3 months has been from me contacting my lender myself. You are talking to very unprofessional, young adults who come across like they have absolutely no idea what they're talking about! What a horrible experience we have been through.

Choice Loan Consultant Scam by Dont Need one!! - 11/16/2009
I unfortunately was another of the countless victimsscammed by this group. I have written letters to everyoneincluding the Attorney General, new media, BBB etc.Just so all are aware:Jordan Ruzicka who has taken over the company is Jeff Harpersbrother in law. They are keeping crime in the family.Jeff Hareper who was indicted on Fraud Charges was given 5 months probation, and is still working there as a Vice President...He is taking money that people are sending in, and paying the peoplethat he robbed previously.! WTF??Anyone interested in filing a Class Action Suit, send me an emailas I am compiling a list. I want my money back and those criminals in prison.!! email to navyvet01@optonline.net

Warning! Take a look at the Better Business Bureau's website about how Choice treats its customers. There is no communication on their end; they take your money and run. Their major business is loan modification and they have a less than stellar record at getting results and a list of unsatisfied clients that are still looking for their refunds. Jeff Harper, Choice Loan Consulting' owner was indicted of fraud charges in Arizona and him and his employees have no follow-through or commitment.
