Where to Canoe The Upper Iowa River, recognized by National Geographic's Adventure Magazine, is canoeable for about 110 miles from Lime Springs to the Mississippi River. At Chimney Rock Canoe Rental & Campground we offer Canoe, Kayak and tube rental and equipment. Deer & Turkey Hunting. Camping & New Heated Cabin rentals that will comfortably sleep 6 people. Hiking, biking, snowmobiling & Cross country skiing. We are open year round by advance reservation only. Groups welcome!

CABINS
Our new, heated cabins will comfortably sleep six. There is a full-sized bunk-bed in the lower level and a queen-sized bed in the loft. All cabins have electricity, a full four-burner stove w/ oven, refrigerator and a sink with water storage container. For bathing purposes, you may use our shower and rec room facility, complete with video games and pool table.

CANOES
Where to Canoe The Upper Iowa River, recognized by National Geographic's Adventure Magazine, is canoeable for about 110 miles from Lime Springs to the Mississippi River. This distance seems to divide naturally into several segments, based on campgrounds and scenery. The most scenic section with it's 100-200 ft bluffs, sheer cliffs, eagles, mud swallows, and other abundant wildlife, is from Kendallville to Bluffton, and then on to Decorah. We offer Canoe, Kayak and tube rental and equipment, trip planning, and a FREE shuttle service. Call or E-mail us about rates and specific accommodations for your single family outing or large group function. We welcome church, school, youth and family groups of all sizes.
