Day wasted and now out of luck......

I decided to support a local business and boy did I make a mistake. If you would like a chimney sweep that will not return calls and blows off appointments then these are the people for you. Now I sit here in the busiest time of year up a creek with no solution in sight..(yes because from what I can gather everyone is now booked solid)
