Its a typical chili's

Honestly this is like any other chilis. Its alright. Depends more on my mood. Food is consistent. Waiters are friendly.

Once, the fish smelled bad. Sent it back, didn't get anything. Another time, food was cold. Didn't send back, just left. Last time, poor service. Half our party got their food, other half when first part of our party was already finished! Never went back.

How could they fix the issue? Fire the cooks, stop hiring kids to low pay. Get experienced staff in there.
