Horrible Service

It's been a while since I've eaten here. Ate lunch here today. Great lunch menu & food is good. However, we waited 45 for our main meal! The server took our drink order, took 15 to bring it (water), then took another 15 min to bring our soup (no napkins). In the meantime, he totally forgot we asked for a straws. Had to get our check as soon as the food arrived. I won't try this place again!

to go too slow!

Called in a to go order & sat in the to go drive through for 30+ minutes. It took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the window & even acknowledge me. I'll never order to go from this chilis again. :(

the food is always up to my taste here. it is friendly and reasonably priced. you usually don't have to wait or a least don't have to wait for very long.
