Called pediatrics office and a lady, that did identify her self, answered.. I asked if i walked in how long the wait would be she sweetly answered oh just come in. She took no information from me at all just " Come on In" so I go.. At no point of the call did she give me an estimated wait time or even attempt to schedule me in to the over booked schedule they seemed to have. The lady at front took my information as I waited almost 1.5 hrs listening to the other lady answer phones telling people just come in.. It would be nice to be given the option to schedule so I can sit at home waiting with a sick kid instead of in an office. Asking to be scheduled as an appointment is not rude, telling one to "Come on in" and waiting for ever is. Yet not once did the lady answering phones turn around had her back to the waiting room the whole time.. Make an appointment its safer than the WALKIN way!!!
Dirty Office - Long Wait - Unorganized as a whole

I will not be taking my child here again. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - but the way the process goes is very unorganized. The interior needs some upgrading - water stains on ceiling, lights out, dusty and not very clean office. Filling out paperwork is not very up to date, language barriers, and the way things flow are not up to par. Still waiting for test results after several days.
been coming here for 14 years

After waiting an hour and a half with only 4 children in front of us when it opened, we were brought into a filthy exam room where we waited 30 more mintues for a practitioner. You do not get to see a doctor when you go, and you are not given a choice. once the 5 minute visit was over, I requested our perscription to be called in so we could get home quickly. The nurse siad she woudl in a few minutes and we left. 50 minutes later it had not been called in. I called the nurse to find out when it would be called in and she said sometime that day, when she got to it. Needless to say I went back to get the slip and took care of it myself. If you can wait, go to Good Night Pediatrics, but they do not open till five.
